DiSC® offers a simple yet powerful framework for understanding four primary behavioral styles and how they interact in professional settings

Participants will gain deep insights into their DiSC® results and develop practical skills that can be applied immediately to improve daily work interactions. This workshop is the essential foundation for building more effective communication, stronger collaboration, and enhanced team performance.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Discover their personalized DiSC® style and understand how it influences their communication and work preferences
  • Explore the four DiSC® styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) and recognize how each brings unique strengths to the workplace
  • Identify personal motivators and stressors that drive peak performance and potential areas for growth
  • Learn to “read” others’ behavioral styles through verbal and non-verbal cues to adapt communication for maximum impact
  • Gain awareness of how the team is made up of different DiSC style combinations that can enhance or hinder the team
  • Learn tips to adapt their approach to improve clarity, reduce conflict, and build stronger working relationships
  • Gain insights into the personality composition in the audience group

In this first workshop in the DiSC series, participants gain clarity and confidence in their DiSC® results, equipping them to better apply and build on this foundation with follow-on DiSC® topics that deep dive into Communication, Conflict, Giving & Receiving Feedback, Leading through Change, etc., through the powerful lens of DiSC®.
