StrengthsFinders Workshop
Teams who focus on their Strengths experience 10–19% higher performance

StrengthsFinder Workshop
Workshop Overview
Employees who learn to apply their top Strengths in their work are 7.8% more productive and less likely to leave their jobs, as reported by Gallup.
Your best work starts with your best talents. Discover what you naturally do best—and learn how to use those strengths to collaborate better, communicate faster, and perform at a higher level.
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) gives your staff a proven talent identifier tool and a shared language for discovering their raw talent—helping people understand how their patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving show up at work.
In this interactive workshop, participants learn their top strengths and how to apply them practically to real workplace outcomes like better teamwork, stronger leadership, effective feedback, and higher productivity.
By focusing on identifying and developing your staff’s strengths, you’ll see higher employee engagement, with Gallup reporting resulting gains including:
- 18% higher productivity
- 21% higher profitability
- 59% lower turnover in high-turnover environments
Individuals leave this interactive workshop energized and with clarity on how to apply their Strengths at work for better collaboration and better results.
When the Audience is a Team
This interactive workshop introduces your team to CliftonStrengths®, one of the world’s most researched frameworks for understanding individual talent. But we don’t stop at individual insights. We go further—mapping your team’s collective strengths, identifying where you’re naturally powerful, and naming the gaps that may be holding you back.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a conversation. Team members share their results with each other, discover surprising connections, and leave with practical tools to collaborate more effectively.
Whether you’re building a new team or leveling up an established one, this workshop turns “personality insights” into practical, day-to-day behaviors that improve performance.
Teams leave the workshop energized and with clarity on how to take the team to higher levels of performance.

- Recognize the strengths of their teammates and understand how different talents contribute to team success.
- Identify the team’s collective superpowers—where the group is naturally strong and can lean in with confidence.

- Use strengths language to improve communication, reduce friction, and reframe conflict as “strengths clashing” rather than task or process problems.
