- Assessments: Digital assessments purchased through the Site are for the internal use of the purchaser or their organization only. Unauthorized distribution or resale of assessment materials is strictly prohibited.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3) Payments and Refunds
- Fees: You agree to pay all fees specified at the time of purchase or as outlined in your consulting agreement.
- Billing: Payments for digital assessments are due at the time of purchase. Consulting fees are billed according to the schedule in your specific SOW.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and professional consulting time, all sales of assessments are final and non-refundable. Consulting refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in individual service contracts.
4) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to assessment questions, methodologies, frameworks, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of Optimized Teamwork LLC.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use purchased assessments for their intended purpose.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without express written consent.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service or assessment giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

9) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
