We use the world's most recognized and respected personality, behavioral, and psychometric assessments. 

• For example, the MBTI® assessment has internal consistency reliabilities for its four preference scales averaging around .90 and test-retest correlations above .80 for intervals of up to 15 weeks. Additionally, substantial evidence supports its validity, as documented in four editions of the MBTI® manual (1962, 1985, 1998, 2018) and various technical supplements.
